When the appointments can’t be missed

When someone you love is in treatment, getting there shouldn’t be the hard part.

You’re already carrying a lot — work, your own family, and a calendar of appointments that simply can’t be missed. A driver who runs late or never shows isn’t an inconvenience; it’s a missed infusion, a delayed follow-up, a setback in someone’s recovery. Standard transportation apps weren’t built for treatment days, recovery schedules, and mobility needs. You need a transportation partner you can hand this to — and feel confident it will be handled.

Why we exist

Why I started EverRise

Joseph Ndayisaba, founder of EverRise Care Solutions, in an EverRise branded polo
I chose transportation because I kept seeing the same problem in my community. People had medical appointments scheduled, but they didn’t always have a dependable way to get there. Some missed important visits. Some arrived late. Some families were doing everything they could, but they needed help. I started EverRise so adults in treatment, recovery, and rehabilitation could get to care with less stress — and so families could have one less responsibility to carry alone.

Joseph spent 8+ years as a medical and court interpreter and case manager in Fort Worth, coordinating appointments between families, healthcare providers, and agencies — and getting people to the care they needed. EverRise carries that same commitment into every scheduled appointment — with CPR-certified support and a heart for families navigating treatment and recovery.

How it works

Planned, confirmed, and handled — every time.

  1. Tell us the appointments

Share the schedule — one visit or a full course of treatment.

  2. We schedule and confirm

Every pickup is arranged in advance and confirmed with you, so nothing is left to chance.

  3. Door-to-door on the day

Courteous door-to-door transportation there and back, with assistance to the door and wheelchair securement when needed.

  4. We stay ahead of the next visit

For recurring care, we track your package and keep the next appointment booked.

Our commitment

A new company, built on an old commitment.

EverRise is a new company, but the standard behind it is not. Every rider and every family should know what to expect before the first appointment is ever scheduled.

Questions families ask

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept Medicaid or insurance?

EverRise is a private-pay transportation service, so we don’t bill Medicaid or insurance. For many families, a private-pay plan means more dependable scheduling and more control over recurring appointments — without broker delays.

What does transportation cost?

Single round trips start at $100, and recurring care packages of 3, 6, or 9 trips lower the per-trip cost. Wheelchair-accessible service is also available. We’ll build a plan around your appointments and give you an exact quote on a quick call.

Do you provide wheelchair-accessible transportation?

Yes. We offer both ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible transportation, with careful securement and patient assistance to and from the door.

Who do you transport?

Adults in recovery, treatment, and rehabilitation — including orthopedic and post-surgical recovery, oncology and infusion, and neuro or stroke rehabilitation.

How far in advance should I schedule?

We work best with pre-scheduled appointments so every pickup is confirmed in advance. Same-day requests may be accommodated based on availability — just call and we’ll do our best.

What happens if an appointment changes or is cancelled?

Plans change, and we work with you. For package clients, we track your trips and help reschedule within your plan so nothing is lost.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Fort Worth and the surrounding metro. If you’re not sure whether your pickup and destination are covered, give us a call and we’ll let you know.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — EverRise is licensed and insured, and our service is CPR-certified, so your family can hand transportation off with confidence.
